I have just completed the first step of my New Year’s Reading Resolution for 2014 – I have signed up for the Australian Women Writer’s Challenge 2014. After thoroughly enjoying my first attempt at the challenge last year, I was thrilled to see that it was being offered again this year. It is a wonderful opportunity to see the huge range of books, written by Australian women, that are being read, and I find it useful for some great recommendations of what to read next!
I have kicked off my challenge, this year, with a nonfiction book (really a long essay). I am reading Linda Jaivin’s “Found in Translation” published by the Quarterly Essay series.
